Constance Singam is a graduate of Monash University, Melbourne and Curtin University of Technology and holds an MA in Literature. She is a teacher, social activist and writer. She has been a columnist in several publications including the daily tabloid Today. Her research interests over the years have been Singapore women’s history, feminist issues, and the state of civil society activism in Singapore.
