Self collect
You may collect your order at our office (106, Clementi St 12, off Sunset way, #04-44, Singapore 120106) by making an appointment by email (admin@landmarkbooks.com.sg). Select “self-collect” for this option at check-out.
Exchange
Orders are checked and packed carefully before delivery. As such, we regret that we do not accept exchange or refunds for books damaged in the course of delivery. However, one-to-one exchange, but not refunds, will be made for books with any printing fault and if the wrong book has been sent to you. In either case, notification of exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please return books for exchange, marked CUSTOMER EXCHANGE, to 106, Clementi Street 12, off Sunset Way, #04-44 Singapore 120106. We regret that we do not reimburse mail or courier costs of exchange but will send you a new copy at our cost. If you wish to make the exchange personally, please make an appointment by email: admin@landmarkbooks.com.sg.
