Born in Edinburgh, Graham Berry was the chief executive officer of the Scottish Arts Council until 2007 when he moved to Singapore. In Singapore, he serves on several not-for-profit boards including the Substation and Glasgow School of Arts (Singapore). He is the author of Care, Diligence and Skill, a handbook on governance of arts organisations. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, he has worked in financial services in the City of London prior to his senior roles in arts management.
